The name doesn't say it all but it pointed us in the right direction. "Wild Beasts" is fitting. We set out to create a blend that truly represented the answer to WHY BLENDS? The answer is Les Fauves. A coffee blend that is as wild as it is unique. We are colliding flavors by blending amazing coffees with distinct processes to unlock a totally new flavor profile. Matisse decided that painting wasn't merely for depicting reality. Our Les Fauves blend is showing us that a coffee blend can be as interesting as a single origin offering while staying consistently delicious every morning.
